I chose them because I could afford them better than I could the others. They're friendly. The young lady comes around but sometimes circumstances prevent her from being on time, but not all the time. I'm happy with them."

I told them what I needed and that's what I get. They take care of my husband. They see to it that he gets a shower, and they will change his bed if they need to. They will do some vacuuming and cleaning around so that he does not fall down on something. If necessary, they will do laundry, they will do the sheet, they will dry them and put them back on the bed. They'll do whatever you ask."

We had a very positive experience from the start with Momodou. The transition was smooth and fast with their manager Rebecca. Their office staff is caring and professional. My husband has Parkinson's and demencia, plus almost bed bound with mobility issues due to past infections that made him very weak. Momodou is great with him. He's very good at communicating and speaking. He has a good sense humor. He's attentive, caring, hard working and very willing to help and do things in the way that work for us. He's very punctual. He even waits outside because he arrives early. Our daily life is better since he came to work with us. He's here for 8 or 9 hours for 4 days a week during the day, so I can get other things done in the house. He's like family now. So I truly recommend this agency. They train well their staff. If they' re new, they have them take courses. They come with a teacher on the first two days to observe and help, even if not necessary. They're more selective with the caretakers that work for them in our experience. And very responsive when we call. We had a few weekend night caregivers that were more caring and helpful than the previous agency."
