I am a current client of this provider

I have had to be there on weekends to micromanage. They need to communicate and call because I was not called. We have 2 really good aides that are outstanding. The weekend care I went to a different company because of the inconsistency with people not showing up.

They were willing to send a man because the woman caregiver didn't work as well with my husband. They worked around my schedule. They come when I need them. The gentleman that comes by is very helpful.

I don't really need a whole lot from them. Mostly they just help my wife out around the house. The only issue that I have had with them has been with the billing and accounting.

The caregiver is pleasant, component goes the extra miles, and makes sure that my wife get what she needs. We couldn't live where are without the services. They're responsive, and we have an excellent caregiver because she's resourceful.

They made a huge difference. My dad was caring for my mom which was not working out, and I live out of town. For one thing, we had to get someone in there right away, and they had someone start the next day. They are quick to respond. We went through a few caregivers before we found a good fit, which would happen with any company. The ones who have stayed have been excellent.

Of all of the caregivers we have had from Care Advantage, some of the individuals they sent put a tremendous amount of effort into her care, but some did not. I like the quality of the caregivers. It's generally good, they are reliable, and they do a very difficult job quite well.

My husband was dying and I don't know what they could have done more. The caregiver was monitoring him to see if he was in pain. It took a long time to get my money back. I had to put a deposit down and it took a long time to get everything refunded.

I just use them for transportation. Everybody that comes to take her to her doctors, my mom loves. On that point, they should keep it up. I have been using them for several years, but in the last couple of months they have been mixing up my mother's appointments.

They are able to work well with a patient who has advanced dementia, and I think that is not easy to do. Basically, all of the caregivers are extremely conscientious, and they are capable of the work. They office staff is very responsive to our needs and problems.

It was a very little impact. They should not have just sat in the living room. I was recuperating from spinal surgery, and so there were a lot of things I couldn't do. They were pleasant but weren't interested in doing anything else except being on their phones. The caregivers mostly just sat in the living room.

I had a lot of issues and the caregiver spoke with my doctor to get every detail. She really made sure she knew everything. I was very happy with them and the caregiver that I had was really good. She was there when I needed her.

There are some things they could have done, but I am eighty years old and sometimes it's just rough. I can't drive and I need to get out more, but they didn't take me out because the company doesn't pay for gas. The service was pretty good and they did what they were supposed to do.

The caregiver came for two days, then she stopped showing up. When the girl came over, she just walked in the house and sat on the couch with her face in her hand. She just kept sitting there.

Everything about the services is good. I think she just feels better in general. The caregiver is able to bathe her and everything. She's always happy when the caregiver comes. It's very uplifting for her. The young woman who comes is always punctual. She has a great rapport with my mother, who can be a difficult person. She is thorough in everything. She just goes above and beyond. She is very observant. She's just really great.

It is a tremendous help because I am simply not able to do everything, so this enables me to stay in my own home. They could have better responses to phone calls and notices from their employees. When my caregiver calls off, they don't notify me.

They wasted my time. I lost all the time I waited for them to come, and the time I took educating the supervisor that came to talk to me and give me all the paperwork. They seemed very sincere, but it was a waste of time because it didn't work at all. I would not recommend them. They could do what they promised to do, like in any contract. People that need Care Advantage need someone to do the work and not have to stand over the caregiver and make sure they don't leave.

I'm very physically restricted, so my caregiver does whatever they can to make things easier for me. They're a good conversationalist too, so that takes some hours away. I like their quick responses. They always seem to be there when I need them.

They could have had a great impact on my life by being more responsible. They were rude. One caregiver left me in the kitchen alone and refused to get the medication I needed. They could have cared more. The attitude of the caregivers didn't seem like they cared about me.

It was a little difficult to coordinate the schedule and my mom's appointments. It would have been easier to schedule if they could text or email. The person they sent did a good job and was experienced. It was a real comfort to know that someone was there for two hours a day. It was a help for me.

I called and requested to have someone take me to the doctor's office because I had a procedure I needed to get done and had to have someone drive me home. I called the office, and they wouldn't get back to me. I called them twice. My daughter had to take off work to take me there and back. I want them to return calls to the clients that are relying on them. That is a concern of mine, I have recommended them to several people, and the caregiver who comes to clean is very reliable and does everything that I ask. Until now, it was excellent.

I think we've had some really good care providers and it was a good experience. I was given security of knowing my mother was taken care of after her surgery. The caregivers were good about helping her with her memory exercises.

They lack communications between themselves and me when no caregiver is unable to come. Also, when someone new is coming for the first time, I am not informed. I can't even go to the bathroom because someone might knock on the door. I thought someone was coming today so I woke up early to see if someone is coming but no one showed up.

There were some times that Care Advantage didn't have any caregivers available to show up for my mother's shift.

Care Advantage had some people who were very caring, but we did have some few issues. The service does require staying on top of things. You really need to pay attention to make sure things happen correctly. Care Advantage had someone who could stay with the client overnight. That brought us peace.

Care Advantage sent a great caregiver out to us. We were happy to see that the company was going to be able to do what we needed, but none of it worked out in the end. When the caregivers actually managed to come out, the services were fine. However, Care Advantage didn't inform us when the caregivers weren't going to be able to come to the house.

I would tell a friend that Care Advantage is a rip-off. I've had three different agencies and I haven't liked any of them. I would like Care Advantage to encourage the nurses to spend more time with their patients. They were very sub-par.
