"Senior Buddies is doing a good job overall. The things I've noticed about them is that they're very organized, and probably the most organized among the agencies I have worked with so far. I like the fact that their office staff can fill in if someone is not available. They use their office staff to train the new people as well, and that's unique from the other agencies I've used. So far the caregivers themselves are doing a good job as well. They're very sincere in their concern and they care for my mother, so I appreciate that. I gave them specific days and times for 12-hour shifts, and they've been able to fill those fine. We haven't had any problems, and they're very flexible in that regard. I would say they're a good value for the money. Among the agencies I have used they actually charge the least, and they've done better than some of the other ones I've used."

"I signed up two agencies, one for weekdays and one for weekends. I dropped the weekend agency who is listed on this site because of lateness of caregivers and one caregiver left her shift and did not return. I have had very good service with Always Best Care. Caregivers arrive on time. IF ABC has a new caregiver start a shift , office staff does a meet and greet with client to introduce new caregiver and make sure its a good fit. Director Debbie did an excellant job explaining services plus she and the owner are Certified Dementia Practioner's. Patient has diagnosed dementia. Caregiver's do very well with interactions with family."

"I needed help caring for my mother who just had surgery. I called Dream Providers on a Sunday and the owner, Monica, called me back that day. She is professional and and kind. I explained my needs and was hoping I could have someone to help my mother the next day. It was overwhelming, to say the least. Monica did not fail me, by Monday morning my mother had a personal care provider. This is the first time I have sought assistance for personal care and it has been pleasant. The caregiver was fantastic. My mother loved her. I had no concerns about leaving my mother in the hands of the caregiver. Monica is upfront on the cost, flexible with the changing health status of my mother, and very communicative. I highly recommend Dream Providers. "
