We are using Cardinal for my stepmother. They got us a match immediately. The caregiver’s principal responsibility is safety, especially in the middle of the night every night. The caregiver is older and experienced. Everything seems to be going OK, and my stepmom seems to be adjusted to her caregiver.

I have had services for my mom for a while, The caregivers are very friendly and professional. I have had no problems and office staff returns calls the same day. I have needed last minute covers and they have covered every time I needed it. I was looking for a company that I could feel like I was part of the family and not just a client and I truely have find one.

I have a companion type caregiver from Cardinal Senior, and she was very good. My husband liked her, they get along fine, and we were comfortable with her. She was helping, and he gets into things. The caregiver was 5, but their accounting system was probably a 1. When they sent me the billing, the billing was quite wrong. They said the lady was here two hours, then she said, she was here from 8 to 12, and then they changed the rate. It was supposed to be $18 an hour; they made $25 an hour. I talked to them, and they said they were giving me a credit, but I haven’t received the credit on my card yet.
