My friend hired someone from BrightStar. I find them very good and very helpful. The lady that he has is 24/7 for now. He likes her, and she fits in quite well. He can be a little trouble at times, but right now they are working well together. Scheduling and billing are good. He is happy right now.

BrightStar went and sat with my husband because I ended up having to have someone sit with him -- and they were very good -- but they were expensive. The one that set everything up was very, very nice. They were in communication with me a lot; they were very, very good about that. They were very quick to get things set up for me because I was told I needed someone there that night. They were communicating really well with me and were very understanding. I appreciated their services, but I couldn't really afford it. They were very, very good.

We have a full time care giver from bright star for my elderly parents. Before the full time cargiver we also had a part time cragiver come in 3 times a week. we have been throughly happy with bright star. the care givers have been wonderful. they take very good care of my parents, my father has allsymers and can get very aggitated and our caregiver is very understanding, she never losses her patients she gives them the best care. it really helps take a load off our minds knowing that our parents are being so well cared for.
