Last October I had Peak Agency come and stayed with my husband while I was in the hospital. I chose this agency because I needed 24-hour care and I had a couple of people who recommended them. However, I will not hire them again. The caregivers were not a match for my husband. I decided to let them go because first of all the food that I had chosen for my husband was not used. Secondly, I asked for a certain place for a pick-up food and they went some place else. Thirdly, when I came home, I let her off for two hours but she was out for eight hours and she was going to charge me for it. I said I wouldn't pay for it when she was not here. She was a nice lady and she did fine attending to bathing my husband. She took care of my dog fine when she was here too. However, I didn't care for some of her conversations. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this agency to others.
