This agency and its healthcare workers are NOT recommended for experience or effort in providing quality home health care. This is NOT the journey you wish to take. Their primary focus and concern stands with checking business boxes and processing cases, rather than positively assisting and caring for the patients entrusted to them. Home visits are not properly documented; patient evaluations recorded by the therapist may be nonexistent to extremely incorrect, and unrealistic goals may be set by the health providers for the sake of setting goals – none of which benefit either the patient or the family. [Who knows if these goals are conjured for a different financial purpose or if they have a different hidden agenda that could be internally established and yet artificially accomplished in an effort to achieve their desired financial metrics or funding]. Agency coordination between multiple therapists is at best, non-existent, and creates an environment where critical information in your case is too easily lost and/or doctor’s directions are not followed. (READ: Danger to patient) Therapists at their own discretion decide to disregard doctor’s instructions without consulting or discussing with the doctor, and even more unfortunately, a patient’s well-being may be disregarded because it does not meet a therapists’ schedule. (READ: Even more danger to patient) Be prepared to spend more of your time managing ELITE, (perhaps more aptly named Second Rate), insisting on information, updates, and specific care instructions or follow-up, while the home healthcare workers do not even comply with established protocols or doctor’s orders to include scripts. This agency is not responsible, dependable or personal as it claims – it does not conduct itself professionally or responsibly, let alone ELITE and will not be the choice for someone you love!

Elite Care at Home provided me with a caregiver almost immediately. I have nurses 24/7. I’m comfortable with them. They’re skilled, professional, always caring and so friendly. Aside from that, their customer care and service is wonderful too. So far, so good. I don’t have any complaints. I would recommend them.
