Most of the Caregivers hired don't have experience. Billing and Employee issues arise constantly, problems are swept under the rug and not taken care of. This place is sloppy.

This company does not seem to screen or train its "caregivers." One caregiver has simply been exceptional, the rest have been exceptionally bad. In three days, our 90-year-old relatives were left stranded twice as the caregivers simply did not show up. Several have been unable to follow simple directions, and some have even been unable to understand those directions from a language standpoint. I am foreign-born and have an accent myself, but the company is sending some folks who not only are unintelligible but also have trouble understanding English. For some, it felt like this is something they had not really done before. Why our family is left to train these folks, make sure they get to the right address and deal with a fair amount of incompetence at a time of tremendous stress is simply baffling... especially giving the very high rates this company charges for its services.
