Omnia Health Services was established in 2014 to serve the health and wellness needs of patients and clients in their own homes. We are a locally-owned small agency with a simple philosophy: we are relentlessly dedicated to providing the highest quality health services and to treating our patients, clients and employees like family. Personal Care Services Personal Care Services offered by Omnia Health are designed assist those who need help with activities of daily living. There are a broad range of services that can be provided, including: Basic personal care and grooming Bathing & Hygiene Assistance with exercise and walking Assistance with transferring to and from beds, chairs, and walkers Assistance with medications Light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, vacuuming, changing beds, etc Cooking and cleanup Grocery shopping Medically-related transportation All care provided by Omnia begins with a visit from a Nurse supervisor and the creation of a plan of care. Certified Home Health Aides who have undergone rigorous training and background checks are then matched to the client to provide the services requested. Our Director of Clinical Services provides supervision, follow up, and management of each case. There are no “standard” plans of care: each individual receives a customized plan.
