They were very professional and knowledgeable, asked a lot of very good questions, and provided good practical assistance. For first several weeks, they would come in and do physical therapy, occupational therapy, and the nurse checked on her medication. All of the caregivers that came into the house were well versed in her file. We did not have to restart the process every time we spoke to somebody different or someone else came into the house.
