I couldn't be happier; they are very helpful and creative. They help the most with being flexible enough to do whatever I have had her do. She was very happy to do new things as the weeks went on. She also did some shopping for me, which was something I didn't anticipate, so that was something I especially appreciated.

I like that the agency has sent professional people. They have done things we have needed them to do. The provider has helped the most with housekeeping and things like that.

The one caregiver that comes each morning is particularly good. She's made life easier for my family. She provides a lot of care that someone else would have to do for me without her.

I like that the processes are very clear and able to coordinate quickly in last-minute schedule changes. All the caregivers have been very professional and caring. She is a fall risk, so it gives her confidence with her mobility, and also the caregiver is a very good cook, so that has been very good for her health.

I like that the administration is very outstanding and easy to get a hold of. The caregivers are also great; they are professional and very flexible with schedule changes. Anything they need, like going to appointments or cleaning, they handle. It allows independent living as long as possible.

This was the first time using Visiting Angels and I highly recommend them. I used them for transportation to my doctor's appointment. My caregiver was early, patient, pleasant, respectful, professional and dedicated to the craft. In addition, the staff was pleasant and patient. It's comforting to to have this service available to those that need it.
