I've hired HomeWell Care Services Orlando for my mom. In a month, she has had three caregivers. I'm happy with the service. The cost of the care increased because of the situation of the gasoline; that's the only thing. However, three people in a month are too much. Regarding the service, I don't have any problem. The service is very good. The quality of care is good. They are trained. They bring the lunch. If my mom needs a change of diapers, they do it. They do companion rides.They are taking care of her so that she cannot be alone during the afternoon. They bring lunch, and they prepare coffee.

We had HomeWell Care Services Orlando for my parents. They were good. They help you with the house chores, light cleaning, meal preps, and in-home care like if they need help getting dressed, going to the bathroom, moving around, or walking. We used them for three weeks. The caregiver was very attentive, very caring, constantly asking if there was anything else that she could do and how else she could help. She had a great personality. She was good with both my parents. She also was happy to engage in conversation or just get to know a little bit more about themselves, not just going and doing the things and coming out. She was great. I would highly recommend them, not only the person who came home, but the other folks that I talked to, the contracting person, the nurse that came and checked them out, she did a walkthrough and understood what were the needs, and then she came again to check on how things were going. They were great. Billing was easy enough. I didn't have to exchange any money. It was electronic and I didn't have to worry about having a paycheck. I think the rates were competitive. For two people, I was able to afford it.
