I like that they have good customer service and they are responsive as well. They have helped the most with picking my mother up as part of their home services.

What I like about Brightstar Care Pembroke Pines - Miramar, FL was that my mom is Haitian Creole and French speaking, and they were able to accommodate her with someone who spoke her language. Although every person who comes is new, they have all been very pleasant, accommodating, and punctual. They knew exactly what to do, and I'm very pleased with the service. So far, we have had four different ladies, and they have all been phenomenal. For the two weeks, I've had four different people, and they're coming for four hours. They bathe my mom, check her vitals when they come in, and feed her. They change her bedding if needed. It's being billed through my mom's insurance.

They communicate with us, they call us back, they keep us informed, work with us on timing and hours and needs, and have a great quality of their caregivers. I like that there is always someone answering the phone, they talk with me, they understand the schedule and what needs to be changed or corrected, and how they are very conscious of the health care needs of the client.

They come in a uniform and they are flexible. I like that Brightstar is easy to get a hold of.

The caregiver came here for one day a week. The services were helpful by taking care of my dad, and we were able to do other things. The caregiver has been with the client for 2 weeks. It was very good.

The caregiver is just wonderful; and my mom's health has improved since being here. They are very on top of things; and our caregiver is amazing. She is an asset to the agency.

They have assisted her in a lot of things, but the time that she spends there isn't enough. BrightStar Care could be a little bit more clear on what is included in the services they provide.

I like our caregiver, she's very nice and very caring, I just don't know if she should be doing more. I don't know what exactly our caregiver's duties are.
