Always Classic Care provided care for my family member on the same day that we reached out to them. My aunt needed help all night. The aides were very professional and provided excellent care for my aunt. They were always on time and never left her alone. Most importantly is how happy my aunt was with each and everyone of them. Our family had peace of mind. We’re very grateful to Terry and her staff. Thank you. We highly recommend Always Classic Care.

We are a state licensed nurse registry, we go above and beyond the state requirements. Our caregivers are fully back ground screened and vetted before meeting the client and their families. Always Classic Care staff is available 24 hours/7 days a week and all clients have our personal cell phones. Additionally, a safety monitor is provided as a courtesy with 25 hours of care weekly. All long term insurance paperwork is done for you!

Do not use these people. It is a nurse's registry half of them don't talk english. They took care of my mother which they really didn't take care of her Alzheimer's. And dementia and the girls would just hide on the couch. I have videos of them sleeping under the tables. They overcharged when I went to tell them they got mad. Do not use these people, then not registered.Nurses and they're not even people that help believe me

I was not satified at all with the care that was given from Always Classic Care. The people were not reliable, did not provide appropriate care, were not interested in the well- being of their client/patient, and were not trustworthy. I do not recommend their services to anyone who cares about those that they love. Do your homework and look into other agencies before you consider using this one. This one is a disgrace. This receives NO STARS! I could not submitt this without a rating, so therefore I had to hit one star. HOWEVER, IT RECEIVES NO STARS!!!!!!!

We are saddened that a family was not pleased with our services. However, it is important that all families upon hiring an agency express their expectations. A caregiver is not a licensed professional qualified to dispense medications, take blood sugars( it is not allowed under Florida regulations), neither is an aide a nutritionist , social worker, nor a care manager. Our agency will refer a care manager, offer a licensed professional to set up and oversee medications . At any time , should a family feel the caregiver is no longer a good match, the agency should be immediately advised and we replace immediately.

Always Classic Care has provided 5 years of the finest in-home nursing care for our parents. Our parents absolutely love their primary nurse and the weekend nurses too. Nurtured and content is how best to describe how our parents feel in their care. Thoughtful planning and preparation is given to providing healthy meals, medications on schedule and personal hygiene. In addition to having a pleasant care-giver to talk to as their daily companion. Our family has had the very fortunate opportunity to really enjoy spending time with our parent's in their later years, thanks to all the support provided by Always Classic Care. We will always be grateful.

Always Classic Care has been totally awesome. They go beyond the call of duty in every way. They always answer the phone, are always there for you, always truly caring and their aides are kind, patient and professional. The quality of my mom's life has improved with their care.

My dad has Alzheimer's. My parents were using an agency that was difficult to deal with and overcharging them. I switched agencies, we are now using Terry 's agency, Always Classic Care. It is a pleasure to deal with Terry and her staff. Her girls are wonderful and my dad is very happy! Thank you Terry!
