Advan Care has been a Godsend in one of our most difficult times. They are compassionate, caring, dedicated and professional The agent that made first contact with us (Gus) was very friendly and professional and made me feel at peace. I needed home care last minute for my Godmother post surgery. Gus from Advancare responded immediately, addressing my concerns and needs for her. He suggested Odette who could provide day and evening shifts. She helped my Godmother with physical therapy, house chores, and everything inbetween. Even when Odette's hours were finished, she wouldn't leave till my Godmother was set up safely and comfortably. Besides being experienced and kind, my Godmother enjoyed her company. She has another surgery coming up this summer in which she will be needing home care again. We will definitly be using Advancare services again. Marie Ouj

I have used Advancare to care for my 88-year-old mom, who has advanced Alzheimer’s. I have found the various Advancare staff to be pleasant and responsive and to understand the needs of my mom and me. If for any reason a substitute caregiver is needed, they find one quickly and always want to make sure my mom and I are happy. I have tried other agencies and am most satisfied with Advancare. I recommend Advancare without reservation, and have recommended them to friends.

Advancare has been a great way to help our grandfather stay at home with the help he needs. We were unable to care for him with our busy schedules but when they sent Margarita to care for him we finally relax and saw that he was happy. We currently have her as a full-time in-home caregiver. Margarita is always on time and has a great bedside manner. It truly feels like she's part of the family.

I used Advancare. A caregiver was coming into the house and taking care of Mom. I chose them because they were the friendliest. They're great, caring, and wonderful. Scheduling and billing were perfect.
