The home health agency that my mother's HMO provided was Gentiva. My mother had used them before. I was very comfortable with them. Gentiva had great staff. The nurses were excellent. My mother also had PT and OT and they were very good with her. They kept her exercised and they also offered me tips on how I could make things a little easier for her. She really worked out well with one of the physical therapists. She was also very comfortable with her aide that came to give her a bath.

Gentiva home health is taking care on an ongoing basis of my wife ,and the nurse Viola is one of the best we have seen in quite a long time. Her care is exemplary in every respect. When we started with them we had a very good nurse,but I think she was promoted. The one problem Viola has is getting the supplies she needs,at times.
