We chose Brightstar Care as we had a local recommendation, and that was positive and also a recommendation from my long term care insurance policy. They seem to be doing pretty well. The one lady that we had is very personable, she does a nice job, she is able to establish a good rapport with Joyce, and my spouse and I have been very comfortable with her. The people I have talked to have always provided good recommendations, and I think they are doing a good of training their people.
