The services were to give her a bath, to watch her for four hours, and to take care of her needs like bathing, feeding her, taking her out, and doing stuff like exercise. The only thing I got out of them was to give her a bath. They would ask her if she wants to eat, and she will say, "No, thank you. I don't want to bother you." My mother has dementia, she doesn't know, and I have explained to them not to ask her if she wants to eat but to feed her, and they didn't do that. They always asked her. They asked her if she wants to take a bath; she says no. So I was not very satisfied, and they were not reliable. They will call at the last minute saying that they cannot take care of her, and they will send somebody else, and I didn't like that. And then, on top of that, the lady would sit around watching TV with my mother. I was not paying her $23 to sit around and watch TV with my mother. She didn't have much initiative, which was one of my problems. I thought that I shouldn't have to be telling her every day what she had to do. I thought that she should know what she should do. I wasn't very happy at all. I wouldn't recommend Absolute Home Healthcare.
