They were really professional and easy to work with. It was just like a babysitter. My mom felt like she had to entertain the caregiver.

They are dependable and I have no problems with them. The bathing and showering were a comfort knowing that they were there to take care of my father.

They're professional, reliable, and compassionate. Their standard of care to the patient is professional. They manage the situation when there are problems without having to deal with me and they do a good job.

They've done everything, so far, that I've expected and they have been able to take care of my wife. Basically, when I leave the house for at least three hours, I cannot leave my wife alone. Comfort Keepers allows me to do the things that I need to do without having to worry about my wife.

They understand when I want to be alone. It was hard to not need them anymore. If I can't take care of myself anymore, I will use them again.

They are very easy to deal with. They have really good people running the company so it is really easy to schedule and the quality of the service is good. I think if the caregiver could have been a little bit more proactive in the care, it would have been good. She could have offered to cook some meals or something.

When I had the interview with some people, it was wonderful. They immediately sent the right person so I was very impressed. It is a relief for me and I know that my husband is in good care and I can do my chores.

They are very reliable and show up when we need them. They help us by taking care of my dad and also taking the time to help my mother with keeping up with light housework.

I have Comfort Keepers for my husband. We just have one lady that comes here a couple of times a week for a few hours, he has developed a relationship with her, and it works well. The caregiver's work ethic is excellent. She just has a good rapport with my husband. They joke around a lot; they make each other laugh.

The caregivers are very on the ball. They do everything that needs to be done. Sue has been extremely helpful to me everytime I have any type of questions for her. If I'm concern in any of the service, she looks into it and find out what's going on. I had ask for a transportation for my mom and they provide me with somebody who can offer that for my mom. I think that's a plus because some other agencies don't offer transportation and if they do, they charge a lot of money. Comfort Keepers is really reasonable with that matter.

A lady who was working with me met with one of the members of Comfort Keepers and scheduled an interview for me. Since then, I have been happy with the company. They've always been very friendly to me and helpful. I've had absolutely nice girls. I've had one steady caregiver for a year. She comes 3 times a week. I also had numerous other caregivers and I've been happy with all of them.

My wife interviewed different companies including Comfort Keepers. She spoken with Steve and was impress with their conversation. Their care has been excellent. The people who have come over are good and are attentive to my father's needs. We never had any problems with them. There's always somebody available even on the weekends and I really appreciate that.

She helps me with anything I ask her to do. A nurse come out every 60 days and she's very thorough. The caregiver I have now always comes on time. She is very good and very careful. She's a lovely lady and I enjoy having her around. She does what I need and that's important to me. I'm so glad my daughter hired them for me. I have had them for a couple of months. When I call Comfort Keepers, there's always somebody to answer. I really don't have any complaints with them. I'm happy with their service.
