They are very easy to deal with. They have really good people running the company so it is really easy to schedule and the quality of the service is good. I think if the caregiver could have been a little bit more proactive in the care, it would have been good. She could have offered to cook some meals or something.

I have Comfort Keepers for my husband. We just have one lady that comes here a couple of times a week for a few hours, he has developed a relationship with her, and it works well. The caregiver's work ethic is excellent. She just has a good rapport with my husband. They joke around a lot; they make each other laugh.

Care givers are very caring, helpful, dependable, provide emotional support when necessary, and trustworthy. Comfort Keepers' office people are very helpful and friendly. Any request made to them is carried out whenever possible in a professional manner.

My mom had very, very good care. I was very pleased with them. There were changes along the way but I can say that this Comfort Keepers branch is topnotch. From the owner to the head nurse and aides, I'm very pleased with the care that she got.

The people at Comfort Keepers really do care. They take the job as more than just a job. They have it in their hearts to take care of people, and to me, that is a big plus. All the way from the people that work directly with my mother to the people that are involve in the administrative side. We have them now 24/7 and we have been using them for two years now.

We chose Comfort Keepers because of what they offered and the services that they provided was the best fit compared to the other agencies. Comfort Keepers is awesome! I'm really, really happy with them. They've been very helpful in taking care of my mom. My mom is really happy with them. Ever since Comfort Keepers have been providing service for my mom, she had not complained even once. Everytime I talk to my mom, she's always cheerful. I can tell that she's getting what she needs. The caregivers are very on the ball. They do everything that needs to be done. Sue has been extremely helpful to me everytime I have any type of questions for her. If I'm concern in any of the service, she looks into it and find out what's going on. I had ask for a transportation for my mom and they provide me with somebody who can offer that for my mom. I think that's a plus because some other agencies don't offer transportation and if they do, they charge a lot of money. Comfort Keepers is really reasonable with that matter.

A lady who was working with me met with one of the members of Comfort Keepers and scheduled an interview for me. Since then, I have been happy with the company. They've always been very friendly to me and helpful. I've had absolutely nice girls. I've had one steady caregiver for a year. She comes 3 times a week. I also had numerous other caregivers and I've been happy with all of them.

The people who have come over are good and are attentive to my father's needs. We never had any problems with them. There's always somebody available even on the weekends and I really appreciate that.

A state agency suggested Comfort Keepers to me. Comfort Keepers always keep me abreast of different changes that are going on. The last caregiver that I have has really been fantastic. She helps me with anything I ask her to do. A nurse come out every 60 days and she's very thorough. Overall, most of the people that they sent have nice attitude and always willing to help.used them since 2007
