Ricky was incredibly helpful and found someone to sub for my Mom's regular aide with just a single day's notice. He made sure that it would be the same caregiver for the days that my mom needed help and the caregiver was kind and courteous to my mom. She helped with her mobility issues, made meals and cleaned up afterwards. Most importantly, the aide talked with and listened to my mom. Ricky really is invested in providing quality home care and he hires people who feel the same. Ricky followed up after my mom's regular aide came back to ensure that things went well and asked if there was anything they could do to improve in the future.
