From the day I found out from the nursing home that I needed care for my mother who was recovering for COPD I was overwhelmed with the fact that I had to look for a agency to go home for 24hr livein care. The case manager gave me about 15 different brochures to look through. After making several calls I was so confused as to who to go with and realized that the interviewing process will be tedious. The owner was clear, precise and helped me understand the we are a team and together with the "A" list of caregivers I met we were able to bring mom home with the right caregiver.
