They are friendly and provide companionship. They are more like family than an employee. I have one person that tends to me, and I have gotten to know them very well. They are very friendly and helpful. We are very similar.

I don't have to do some things myself because that is a struggle. They are reliable and friendly. They do the job well.

They take me grocery shopping and do the basics. Every person that comes in is real friendly and makes you feel as if you know them. They are not strangers.

They made our life easier because they were here early enough to give her a shower and get her dressed every morning. They gave me time to breath. The caregivers that we had were always on time and very helpful around the house.

The provider has helped me recover from surgeries, and they have helped me with the things I can't do. I like how my caregiver shows up on time and helps me run errands.

They help with everything. They are very good. They give me a shower and they vacuum.

The person that I deal with is pleasant and understanding. Some of the people that we have had are good, while others are average. Help is hard to get. I go to other agencies because Comfort Keepers cannot fit our needs. One thing that I do not like about most organizations is that they have a two hour minimum.

It is through their analysis of what we need and the people they send. The directions that we get are super. The staff is very effective. They are very kind and they send kind people. They are very acceptable. They also do exactly what they are supposed to do.

They could provide better qualified personnel and bill on a monthly basis rather than every week. I would really like them to provide better qualified personnel.

Comfort Keepers has gone up on their prices and it is outrageous. The services haven't impact my life at all. Their prices are way too high, and the two hour minimum is ridiculous.
