I had a CNA come for daily help during a vacation in FL with our mom for one week. We had a great experience with them. The CNA was the best and the staff getting us set up were helpful and kind. Money well spent!

Very bad experience with this company. The caregivers sent were unprofessional and rude. Received same experience from the administration. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely the worst possible experience. Caregivers who ranged from lazy with bad attitudes to downright incompetent and management that doesn't care. They claim to match caregivers to the clients based on the care needs. This is a joke. You will get whoever is available, regardless of their experience or suitability to care for your loved one. I am just thankful that my mom was not injured under their care. For us, our experience with this agency was a nightmare. Stay far, far away from Privatus.
