We have been using Prestige Homecare of Greenwich for almost 6 months and we could not be more satisfied with the service and attention we receive on an ongoing basis. Catherine has been assisting mom with her daily needs, plays games with her, always engaging when she is here and get her out for walks when the weather permits. The owner goes above and beyond what he is supposed to do with bi-weekly visits, weekly phone calls and sometimes just drops by with a treat or two. I highly recommend Prestige for their attention to detail, hard work, and they also have the best pricing around.

Mom had Prestige Home Care of Greenwich for a while. It was overnight caregiving. The caregiver was attentive, helpful, and prompt. We were very satisfied. I had very good communication with the owner and also sometimes with the caregiver by phone or by message. We certainly got what we paid for. The owner came and met with us after we contacted the agency. He came the same day and was very helpful in getting us set up with the caregiver and describing his company's offerings. We very quickly subscribed to the service. We were very pleased with the quick response that we got from him.

Prestige Home Care of Greenwich has been very helpful to my husband. The owner of the agency was always there for me. He was willing to come over and help me if the person couldn't show up. He was very nice. At first, I had a live-in, and the live-in was fairly good. Then I had several other people that were very good. The billing was easy. They let you use a credit card or bank account. I felt that it is very fairly priced.

What can I say, we live out of state and needed care for our Mom back east. We reached out to Prestige Home Care of Greenwich and the owner could not be more informative and sensitive to our needs. Within three days we interviewed four caregivers and we fell in love with all of them. Sashoi started on a Monday and Mom was thrilled to finally have someone to assist her with all her daily needs. Sashoi has been with her for three months now and we can already see a huge change in mom. Prestige Home Care of Greenwich pays weekly visits to the house and we are informed weekly of moms progress by phone. The owner is beyond caring and offers the best pricing in the area. Highly recommend this agency, they really do take home care personally.
