They could maybe help a little bit more around the house. They did do a price switch on me this Christmas. The fact they hiked their prices when I have them for 3 full days was upsetting. They increased the price by $3 an hour.

It wasn't bad. They got tired of hearing me out, and they told me they didn't want to serve me anymore. That was fine with me. I had a young guy who was 27 years old. He was doing such a good job. He told me about all of the commotion, and he said he would hold onto the job as long as he could. He just got tired because they didn't even look at him when he wanted a raise. They wouldn't even thank him, so he quit.

They just need to have people who can interact with dementia patients. Most of them are scared of him. They need to hire people who know dementia patients. They don't have anybody who feels comfortable with people with dementia and the things they do.

They told us they would be here, and they took away hours. They told me that they needed to cut my hours because they couldn't schedule someone, but that was poor planning on their part. The communication was poor. They never told us when someone wasn't coming, and they made up excuses. They said it was something about our phones.
