I can't get along without help now. They have tried to match the caregiver with what I need done, which I really appreciate. The only difficulty is being informed about changes. The caregiver that was coming had something changed and I didn't know about it at all or until the last minute. My caregivers have been great though.

We have only had them for about 4 weeks and the caregivers are really good with my dad. I think if the caregivers would be able to come in and do what they needed to do instead of having to do everyday, that would be helpful. Their hours aren't flexible. I didn't get to pick the hours I needed. They only gave me hours that they could provide.
