I would not recommend Independance at Home for these reasons: They never have enough help, they (Phern) Is extremely rude and not professional at all. The people that they send out never do what Is asked of them, leave early, and while a caregiver was combing to my residence Items of value came up missing,I expressed my concerns and was assured that this caregiver would be held accountable, but after a few months I learned she was still working for the company. Would not recommend this company at all.
