We're using Friends For Life, Inc. for my father, and 90% of them are good. We had to go through a few that were just fine. They always come on time. Sometimes they ask to leave early if things are done. They're very timely. I have them three days a week, and they help with housekeeping a little bit.

We got some in-home help from Friends For Life, Inc. for my mom. It has worked out very well. We have a lovely young woman go in twice a week just for a couple of hours. She'll take her to the grocery store and does some light cleaning. She's wonderful and my mother loves her. The management has been wonderful. They send me and my sister regular emails about what has been done. It's been very good and they've been very responsive.
