I have no complaint with Divine Dedication because when I need a nurse they send one right away. When they sent me a man and he was not very careful, I told them about him and they sent me another nurse. What I like about them is that when you don't like the caregiver, they'll change it. My caregiver now is very good. She did extra work and she will do anything you want her to do and even things she doesn't have to do. I also have a cleaning lady from them and she has been with me for about four or five years. She is wonderful, she even dusts the ceiling.

This agency seems alright for most part. However-- all of them seem to ride the bus and don't have their own transportation. This creates CNA's needing to hitch rides, and then even the nurse rides the bus, and doesn't show up when scheduled. Created problems with my father's catheterization. CNA always on time, etc. but takes the bus and needs a lift sometimes. I don't know what to say.. They are dedicated, but seem to fall a little short in some ways.
