Visiting Angels has been an amazing support for our family during times when we really needed extra help. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond, showing just how much they genuinely care about the families they serve. Over the years, they’ve cared for both my dad and now my grandfather, and the experience has been nothing short of incredible. The caregivers aren’t just kind and supportive—they feel like part of the family. It’s such a relief knowing our loved ones are in great hands, whether it’s helping around the house or just being there to provide companionship. Their respite care has been a lifesaver for us. It gave us the chance to catch our breath and focus on spending quality time with our loved ones, without the constant worry about the day-to-day. Visiting Angels was the best and their care manager was the best we have ever dealt with. We had already been through two other agencies that kept sending young inexperienced and not caring individuals. I contacted her and she immediately set up a quick interview with my grandma in La Mirada. Each caregiver they brought in would already be met with Jackie first and she would share with them what my grandmother needed and would do random check ins. The caregivers were wonderful and kind to my 99yr old grandma. They would cook for her, cut up her food and sit with her and encouraged her to eat. They didn’t mind or get upset if she had an accident. I would highly recommend them. They are competing with pricing but their quality of staff and managers were the best we had dealt with.
