Addus Healthcare has been a Godsend to my family and I. There was a new director that took over a couple of years ago and the customer service is now exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable care. They are also contracted with IHSS and provide those services. I know many people that hire their own independent providers. When they call in sick or take a vacation they are left to try to do things for themselves. Addus always has a backup and it is not even surprising for the Director himself to show up to help. Great things are to come for Addus.

We only had two visits from Addus Healthcare and that was it. They weren't very timely. I still haven't gotten my refund of what was left from the deposit that I had to put up with them. Basically, I wasn't satisfied with their performance.

We chose to find an in-home care service for my dad since he has Dementia. My mom was the one who's taking all the hardship because she was the only one who's looking after my dad. But we were really glad to find a private nurse for him. Now my mom is happy as well. Home Care Assistance is expensive, but nonetheless the attendants have been invaluable for our family. We are grateful for their expert service, dependability and integrity.
