I got Medical Home Care Professionals for my partner. She came in like once every two weeks for a few hours, and then recently I asked for more hours, and now she comes every week. Basically, what I needed was somebody who could be trusted with my partner when I'm not home, so that I can be out of the house. But now, they also can help when he has to get from the bed to the living room. They provide a lot of help. The caregiver is very responsible, and she is very clean. She would wash our hands more often than most people do. She is very caring and patient. I can really trust her. When something happens, she has my phone number and she calls. It has only happened once, but she will not take any risks or try things, and I feel good that way. I don't really need a lot of physical work done, and so the scheduling is pretty flexible. If I have to cancel, or I need another time, or another day, that doesn't happen very often, but they try to do it.
