I used Arcadia Home Care & Staffing before. We needed more companionship then than now. I had different people. I think they're good, but I don't have enough experience with the same person who came. If you get another caregiver every time, or every two, three weeks, it's not much, you can't really judge people about that. I had the one person more like home doing housework, cleaning, and that sort of thing. And then I had another person who was definitely more entertaining, and building a contact. Different people have a different approach, but it's not bad. That's what people are. We had a caregiver who came for a few weeks, we were starting to get used to it, and then all at once they said he cannot come anymore. So it's completely unexpected that they changed who came to the house. I can understand that you cannot do anything about it, but it is not pleasant. But, they are good, I do not have anything to complain about.
