We hired Nu Care Newport Beach for my father-in-law and my mother-in-law. It's been very good and we've hired them permanently. They assist him with routine stand-by bathing because he's very unsure in the shower. They do laundry, meal prep, they take them to their doctors' office, to the grocery store and make sure they take their medicine. The agency makes things easy, they have been very flexible with the scheduling and the billing is very straightforward. That day when I needed immediate help within a matter of hours, and they were the only agency that was willing to work with us right then and there.

I love the caregivers from Nu Care Newport Beach. They're super, very knowledgeable, and caring. Our communication is great. They have been good at responding to our requests. My husband can do things on his own, but somebody has to watch him because he falls. They don't have a lot to do, but they are very caring and help him a lot.

I like that they're very good about communicating with me with just about everything. They're very personable and they listen to my concerns. I'm happy with the care that has been given to my daughter. As a parent of a special needs child, I need respite to just function because things are so overwhelming sometimes. Having someone come in and relieve me sometimes is refreshing and it helps me to refocus. I can get things done that I couldn't get done without the respite.
