I am a client of Hoag At Home in Newport Beach. They are very good, very efficient, very on time, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Right now, they are providing a medical nurse for a pressure sore that my husband has. We have a nurse come in and she's doing very well. She's very thorough, very informative, and very good at taking care of the wound. We haven't had other services this time yet. We have had Speech services; Occupational services and physical therapy come quite regularly. The insurance covers it, so we don't pay anything. Communication is very easy. If I make a call or if I have a question, they make sure I get to where I need to be, always answer my question, or make sure there's a call back by someone who can help me.

Could have done more. Obvious signs of infection misread or overlooked. Spent very little time. Disappointing.
