We got care for my mother. We hired Coral Tree for her. They're fantastic and my mom's all good now. We have been using them for probably seven months. They're great. There's usually just one caregiver and sometimes there's a backup. The best thing about this is that my mom's very happy with this agency. They're doing a great job. They're taking good care of my mom and in turn, she has gained a bunch of weight. Everything is good. The woman who runs it is highly competent. She emails me all the time, checking in with me.

After Mom came home early from the rehab, I was flustered trying to find someone to watch over her while I attended some functions I had already planned for. I tried family; that was a joke. I tried Mom's church friends but they did respond in time. I landed on Coral online after hours of research. We interviewed a competitor face to face, but when I spoke to Coral Tree over the phone I knew we wanted to use their service. They came and we interviewed them right on the same night I needed them. They are very provisional, but not stuffy (really down to earth). The attendant did so much more then she really had to and the owner of the company talked to Mom for a long time, asking her tons of questions about her life (something Mom loves). They really care about helping you out and are very reliable. Boy was I in a pinch and they came through. I will use them again and again.
