Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. I always appreciate hearing positives and negatives so that I can make sure we can do everything possible to improve those services. In this case, my understanding is that once we started services, and brought in a caregiver, the family changed the hours and that original caregiver was no longer able to fulfill those hours. We truly appreciate your business!

It is unfortunate that people sometimes feel the need to take their frustrations out in this public way. I personally spoke to the daughter and explained that it is difficult to find a male caregiver that will work four hours one day a week but that we would do our best. We then found a very qualified female and she agreed to use that caregiver and was very complementary of her as she expressed in text messages. She was with this family over 3 months. We did continue to keep in touch through texting that we were trying to identify a male and would keep her posted. She replied positively. When we did eventually find a male that was able to fulfill these hours, we notified her and she said that she had found another company. -Bonnie Zwack, owner

I hear that you were disappointed in the second caregiver, and I can appreciate how frustrating this can be. We certainly intend to send quality caregivers, but when they do not live up to your expectations it would be very helpful if family members could notify us as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation. I am personally familiar with this family and can’t imagine the frustrations one must endure dealing with a tragedy such as this family has endured. I supplied amazing caregivers to help Mr. T. And to give respite time to Mrs. T. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the focus turned to proper folding of laundry and other domestic chores that seemingly did not meet Mrs. T’s expectations. The care for Mr. T was exceptional, in my opinion. We did our very best and I am truly sorry we could not fulfill their expectations. Bonnie Zwack, Owner
