I have had two helpers but the first was not helpful and the second was helpful. They tried to send me good helpers and the last one was good. They could improve by having more training for their caregivers on what they are supposed to be doing.

It's once a week but it's a great improvement for me. My caregivers have helped me the most with their attitude. They're willing to do whatever I need done and they don't complain. They make meals for me and they have helped me walk the dog. I had a stroke in January and one of the side effects was not being able to get a good night's sleep and they're very patient. I like the quality of the people that they send. I have only been using them for a few weeks but the people that I have had been for the care are good and flexible.

The caregivers that we did not like would not respond to instructions given by my dad. They straight up refuse to do things like go pick up dinner. They would leave all the lights on in their space. One girl would not help my dad with his catheter. One time money disappeared from the house. We have some very good caregivers and some others with bad experiences with them.

All of them are very responsive when I want to talk and can have conversations with me, which is very important in home care, to not just be a robot. I like the excellent help that they have. I work with five different caregivers and they are all excellent and I would recommend any one of them. They are good, well trained, professional, and never grouchy and always pleasant. I am really happy with the quality of the personnel.

They help her, most recently in assisting in carrying out her prescribed exercise. They provide people who are well-matched to the tasks involved and keep us well-informed of availability and such.
