The first thing I didn't like about Affirmative Home Care was I tried to pay them upfront and they were upset by that, so I stopped that. The second thing was that they would confirm and schedule a caregiver and they would not send the caregiver, or they would send an alternate one that I was not expecting. At one point, they gave me a name of someone that was not working for them, and I did speak to a supervisor regarding that. The caregivers were just fair. Most of them were trustworthy, but as far as the skills and their initiative to do things, I wasn't very pleased. As a companion however they were great.
