We've been using Ally Independence for the last couple of months for my dad. They make him dinner, wash dishes and clean the bathroom. My dad is very comfortable with the caregivers and they were great. They’re caring and my dad really likes both caregivers who helped him out. They're excellent. They're very accommodating. There was one night that the original caregiver could not make it and they easily made a replacement with no problems for that night. It was very smooth and seamless, and I will use them again for sure. They bill twice a month.

I cannot say enough good things about Ally Independence. I interviewed four care providers before deciding on Ally. Stacey seemed confident that she could provide adequate care for my father's changing needs. Over the course of the past three weeks she has been tremendously accommodating. She was ready with care as soon as my father was discharged from the hospital, and when an accident landed him back into the hospital within days of his initial discharge, she put the breaks on his care and was ready to resume it as soon as he was discharged a second time. My father has had five or six caregivers from Ally over the past three weeks and each one of them has been professional, kind, easy to work with and capable. They have all been respectful of my father and willing to work with the recommendations set by the home healthcare nurses and therapists my father sees. They will even drive him to appointments if my sister and I are unavailable. We are very involved in my father's care, and the caregivers all keep us well informed. This service has exceeded my expectations and I feel so fortunate that my father can safely stay in his home.

We have had four visits from Ally Independence so far. They have what they call a "wake up special," which is what we needed and fits our needs. They come on Saturday and Sunday mornings, which gives me some time off. My mother-in-law is a total invalid. She needs to be cleaned and diaper-changed in the morning, lifted out of bed with a hoyer lift, and taken from the bedroom to the family room where she is placed in a recliner. They then feed her, brush her teeth, make the bed, and put away their dishes. The first person, who came for three weeks, had some other obligation, and we are very satisfied with her replacement. They are excellent. Stacy, one of the owners, was really good meeting with us, and we were impressed with her. We have our own log-in in their website, so we are very impressed with them.

All I can say about Ally Independence is...amazing! My brother is suffering with stage 4 cancer and after speaking with several in-home care agencies, Ally Independence was the most understanding, patient and professional group that I found in the Sacramento, CA area. The care provided has been excellent, and knowing that they only hire CNA's is a huge plus.

We have had a wonderful experience with Ally Independence. We worked with Stacey and she placed the nicest most experienced caregivers with my 93 year old father who needed help with day-to-day tasks such as meal preparation and transportation. We felt very comfortable hiring an agency like Ally Independence, it was nice to know that they are licensed, bonded and insured...they are also quite affordable compared to assisted living. I highly recommend Ally Independence!
