If someone needed that type of care, I would tell them that Home Care Assistance takes the burden off of the family and helps a lot. The care from Home Care Assistance helps my daily life be much better. The caregivers help with getting me up in the morning, putting me to bed at night, bathing and showers, and things like that.

Home Care Assistance is a very good agency, and they are very helpful. I've been impressed with the service they have provided me. My caregivers from Home Care Assistance clean up my house, make my bed, and help me with anything I need help with. They can carry on a conversation with me too, which helps me out.

Home Care Assistance isn't perfect. Anyone who uses them needs to make a list of what they expect out of them and to stick to it. The services help me to keep things up around the house that I used to do and that I can't do now. They help with my bath.

The caregivers from Home Care Assistance that we have are good quality, and there have been no issues with the billing. The services from Home Care Assistance helped me more than my mother because someone else can do the work for my mom instead of me.

I don't have problems with the caregiver that comes. It is the communication that I don't have with the owner of Home Care Assistance. During Christmas, I told the caregiver that I would not need her, and I paid her because the owner told me that every day I did not have her, he would have to pay her. That is not the case, though. The caregiver watches my husband. I do not have her do housework or anything like that. I hired her to be with my husband, and that is exactly what she is doing. I want her to give her full attention to him, and she will feed him and clean up after his meal.

The people that we have had from Home Care Assistance are very good. I do think the services are expensive, though. I have no complaints with Home Care Assistance. My loved one is blind, so the caregivers have made it easier for her in that regard. She is more independent because of the services.

Home Care Assistance shows up on time, they have good employees, and my dad seems to like his caregivers. Home Care Assistance helps by being there to take care of my dad. They call if there are any issues, run errands, and do anything that we need.

Home Care Assistance works their hardest to try and match a good caregiver to the client. Our Home Care Assistance caregiver does things for us, like cooking and cleaning, so that William and I do not have to.
