They're hired to provide housekeeping, so it's basically for me. I'm not well, myself. I have more issues than my husband. He's disabled and has dementia. His insides are healthier than mine. I have to take care of him because he can't do things mentally. He can't follow simple directions. It's a big help. The gals that are at the front desk aren't accurate. They aren't organized, and they don't follow through. I brought in a letter to give to a caregiver with information. They said that she'd be in that afternoon and that they'd pass it on. They never gave it to her. I don't think they do a good job.
