I have been using Senior Helpers for six months now. It is for myself. It has been very positive. Denise comes and changes the beddings for me, vacuums the bedroom and living room, cleans the bathroom, and she washes my kitchen floor. She always has some time left over. From time to time, we have different little projects and she helps me with those, too. Denise is a very lovely woman; I'm so pleased to meet her. She does such a good job. She goes right to work, yet she is friendly. She always has a smile on her face; there is nothing down in the dumps about her. There was one time they sent a different lady because Denise was busy. Not that that lady didn't clean well, but I wasn't really happy with her. So I called back to make sure I got Denise back again and I have had her ever since. They're very accommodating, and I'm very happy with their services.

We hired Senior Helpers for my wife. I liked them, they do what I asked of them, and we've been using them for over a month now. They cook her meals, help her eat, help clean her, make up the bed, and clean up. I'm very satisfied with them in taking care of my wife.

Senior Helpers has had quite a change of personnel, and the caregivers are not consistent. The caregivers assist my wife in and out of the bath tub, they do the ironing, make the beds, change the sheets, and do the washing.

I would tell my friends that Senior Helpers comes on time, and they come when they are supposed to. The caregivers are very willing and nice. The girl who comes, is very willing to learn to do new things.

Senior Helpers is there when I need them. They're transportation caregivers are safe drivers, and they were very friendly to me. The services are mainly for transportation, but they also provide company for me when I go to my appointments.

We have been using Senior Helpers to care for my dad for 2 years now. They provided some good people. However, they send different people so I wish they could provide 1 person all the time. They respond very fast whenever we call. They also call me very often to find out if the caregivers are okay or if there's a cancellation. They keep up with what they're doing. . I would recommend this agency to others.
