Right now, I don't know who is coming. Sometimes I get a two-week schedule of who will be assigned, but then they change all the people when we have a schedule which makes things hard. We would like to know who is coming in advance. There has been a lot of variety in the people, and they have had trouble getting here on time. Some of them are easy to work with and some are not. We just roll with the punches in using them.

They help with light housekeeping because I'm in a wheel chair. They provide company. They have a real, personal touch. The owner and nurse come by to visit and talk about things. I'm a retired nurse, and I appreciate that. If a different person comes, they introduce them.

I just gave someone Home Care Assistance's phone number when they asked who to choose. There are a few issues, such as they are not allowed to take the dog out for a walk. Some parts of their life are improved and some are not.
