I first met my caregiver several years ago when I had my knee replaced, living alone as I do, I needed someone to do things for me that I wasn't capable of doing. When I needed help again just recently last year in the summer, I called on her, she never leaves my house before asking if there is anything more she can do for me. My husband is a client of AZ 24 Homecare for five to six years now. I eagerly give my endorsement of AZ 24 Homecare's professionalism without qualification and with the highest praise. This company has a caring disposition. It operates on the specific needs of the client. They are conscientious and courteous, they come on time, and they are very professional. They provide personal assistance, they are able to operate the Hoyer, they help with shopping, and they help with doing ADL skilled care. My husband requires a great deal of care, and maintenance care. They also do the doctor's appointments with him at all times. He is non-ambulatory, so it helps to have someone who is familiar with using the Hoyer, the wheelchair and any of that type of equipment. He has a hospital bed and they are able to provide care like showering and just general maintenance of his disability. The communication is excellent. The provider is here twice a day. We communicate by phone, by email, by text messages and personally, so communication is of the highest importance to me. There are a lot of things I don't understand and so they are able to explain to me exactly what they're doing and how they maintain it.
