We used Senior Helpers before for my mother. They helped with cleaning, showering, transportation, and they would cook meals for her; anything she needed. She was happy with all her caregivers. The scheduling was the problem. They were scheduled to be there, but they never showed up, and they never called, so we moved on to another company.

Took 2 yrs. To convince Mom and to decide I had to have some time away. Was very lucky we didn' t have an emergency during that time. Now Mom looks forward to having a different caregiver(besides me!) and my husband & I look forward to having "our time" without worrying .PLUS now we know we're covered in case of an emergency or we just need a vacation. All employee s at Sr. Helpers are wonderful folks! I recommend them highly. Their motto is "Care and comfort at a moment's notice."I
