Elder Lodge

At Elder Lodge, our greatest concern is the health and happiness for our elders and disabled. We provide both physical and emotional assistance and support for you or your loved one. We strive to provide a happy, healthy home environment while still meeting all of your loved ones health care and social needs. Elder Lodge is an Assisted Living facility (CBRF-Community Based Residential Facility) located in the Town of Menasha. We do have a Neenah address though, Don't ask me why. Elder Lodge consists of up to 15 residents and the staff. We provide 24 hour awake staff for our residents. We have 2 trained staff members per shift, we have a housekeeper/ caregiver, an activity staff member/ caregiver, and a RN owner. So no matter what position the staff members are in, we are all able to pitch in to help. Maximum number staff is about 12-15. This allows us a maximum of a 1:6 staff to resident ratio. Since we have fewer staff members than other Assisted Livings in the area, we are able to provide a more individualized and personalized care for each of our residents. We accept most payment sources including county/ public funding and we work with our Veterans.
