The staff is atrocious. The two women always on second shift (Stephanie and Marcie) are always outside smoking together. They're awful to the residents and their families. They claim to clean residents rooms but I cannot even recall the last time my loved ones room was vacuumed or even had the toilet cleaned. Alex the activities lady is really nice but she's the only good thing about the place. The director Brenda is awful as well. I reccomend you keep your loved ones away from here if you actually want them to be well cared for.

Care Partners Assisted Living in Fox Crossing - Neenah is amazing. Everybody's so friendly. Brenda is the director there. She is amazing, too. My mom was not thrilled to go, but she's made friends and goes to every meal where they meet. She's got a beautiful room there. It's nice because she had all of her own things that she had in her apartment before all of this happened. The room is big enough so that she's got her own bathroom. It's nice. They come in every day and they clean. They have activities. They have this really nice transport vehicle, like one of those short buses, where it's got a lift in it and everything, and it can fit 8 or 10 people in a wheelchair. It's nice and very clean. All the residents there are very friendly. The staff is amazing. It's great and my mom's happy. The food is all homemade meals and they're really nice. It's not a huge place. There are about 35 residents or something. It's beautiful and real personable. The first day that I was there with her, we had lunch together and the food was really good. Their calendar is full. The price is very reasonable.

We toured Care Partners Assisted Living in Fox Crossing - Neena today. It's a smaller facility. As far as memory care, there are only twenty people. They had nice big rooms so that mom could get a full-sized bed, a dresser, and a chair in there. Nice bathroom. And the staff seems to be very good. They have one person on it with seven people now that are on during the whole day. But then there's another floating one that comes in and out. She was very knowledgeable, she was the assistant director, very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions because we had lots of questions. Everything looks very nice and clean and orderly. They said they do activities Monday through Friday, there's bingo, they do some tours, and at Christmas time, they took them around and showed them all the Christmas lights, and the trees, around the houses and the neighborhood. They had a locked patio for the memory care, and another patio out for the assisted living.

My mom moved into Care Partners Assisted Living in Fox Crossing - Neenah. We chose it because of the people, the condition of the place, and the availability. I like the attention to the care of the staff and the newness of the place. It is brand new. I think the food service could be better. My parents don't seem to always like the food. There are activities if they choose to participate. They have a crafts place, they have puzzles and church services. It wasn't too far away from my parent's original home.
