The Neighbors of Dunn County is a new model of non-institutional nursing homes set on a beautiful campus at the southeast end of Menomonie, WI. Participating in the Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Wisconsin Family Care, and Hospice care programs, our new campus consists of a neighborhood of homes providing resident-centered, resident-directed, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for our communities.
Our goal, whether your stay is short-term or long-term is to help you attain your highest practical level of well-being in an environment that helps preserve your dignity, to be respected, restored, refreshed and enjoy life’s daily pleasures.
