My dad moved into Beaver Dam Health Care Center. They feed him well, but they don't take care of him very well at all. They don't do anything. They get him up, put him in a chair, and leave him. They don't do any therapy or anything like that like they're supposed to be, and that's just awful. The only good thing I think is that they feed him well. Some of the staff are good and some of them are bad. I haven't tried the food there, but they do feed them well, a healthy, well-balanced diet. They don't do any activities. My dad has no towels in his room. We had to bring our own and they're supposed to supply all this stuff and they let him sleep in a chair instead of getting him in bed. They don't clean all that much. I don't think we're getting value for our money. Medicaid covers most of that. But we pay so much.
